Let's Chaat
In India, “chaat” is a word that describes more than just a set of snacks: It’s a category of food that hits practically every element that makes something crave-able - sweet, sour, tangy, spicy, and crunchy. Chaat can be enjoyed anytime. It’s light enough to be eaten for breakfast or as an afternoon snack, but satisfying enough to take the place of lunch or dinner.
Pakoras
Pakora is a generic term used for fried fritters made in India. Gram flour is used for coating the veggies and then they are fried in oil and had with a selection of sweet and tangy chutneys.

The Classics
Most Indian dishes are based on fresh vegetables, lentils and paneer, Indian cottage cheese. Hundreds of spices then blend together and give the freshly cooked food amazing flavours.
All things Paneer
Paneer is the star ingredient in some of the most popular Indian dishes. It is an unaged, non-melting soft cheese made by curdling milk with a fruit or vegetable derived acid, such as lemon juice.
Breads and Rice
Light weight, freshly cooked Indian breads and rice, to complete the surreal meal.
